Carlton Rochell Asian Art is pleased to once again be exhibiting at Frieze Masters, presenting a selection of sculpture and painting spanning more than two thousand years of Asian art. Bringing together works from India, Nepal, Tibet, China, and Southeast Asia, the presentation reflects the breadth of the gallery’s interests and the variety of forms, materials, and traditions that characterize the art of these regions.

Frieze Masters offers a unique contemporary perspective on thousands of years of art history, from collectible objects to significant masterpieces from the ancient era and Old Masters to the late 20th century. The 2026 edition of the fair will showcase over 130 of the most significant galleries from around the world.

This monumental thangka depicts scenes from the life of the Tibetan Dharma King Tri Ralpachen depicted at center enthroned in a palace holding a golden jewel and dressed in traditional early-Tibetan regal attire.
